Adroit Infotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.To Approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 2.To Appoint Mr. Sunder Raj Nyayapathi as additional director and to be regularized in the ensuing general meeting. 3.Pursuant to Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons and immediate Relatives as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading window has been closed from 1st July, 2019 to till conclusion of 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
