Further, pursuant to Companys Code of conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from Wednesday 06th February, 2019, to Friday 15th February 2019 (both days inclusive).
