These results have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and taken on the record by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 14th February, 2019. Further, copy of unaudited financial results as approved by Board of Directors and the limited review report is enclosed for your records. The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:00 P.M.
