Alstone Textiles (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2019. We would like to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said Board meeting has been postponed and is now scheduled on Monday, 27th May, 2019 at 02.30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company. You are requested to take the above on your records and acknowledge the same.
