Company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) vide order dated 31st August, 2017 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi Bench. Mr. Ilam Chand Kamboj, has been confirmed as Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company on 28th September, 2017 by Committee of Creditors (CoC) constituted in terms of the IBC. In 11th CoC meeting held on 25th May, 2018, a Resolution Plan was approved subject to final order by Honble NCLT. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Resolution Professional has today i.e August 13, 2018, considered and taken on record the un-audited Financial Results and limited review report for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. The Un-audited financial results and limited review report of the statutory auditor of the Company is enclosed herewith.
