Considered and approved the Audited Standalone financial Results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 along with audit report. In this regard we are hereby submitting the following documents herewith:- 1. Audited Standalone financial results for the quarter and Year ended 31/03/2019. 2. Audited Standalone statement of assets and liabilities for the Year ended 31/03/2019. 3. Audit report with modified opinion. 4. Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification on modified opinion. The Board Meeting was commenced at 03.30 P.M and concluded at 06.30 P.M. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
