We refer our Postal Ballot Notice dated 14th February, 2018 sent to the Members of the Company for seeking their approval of the resolution: -Alteration in the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. As per the said postal Ballot Notice, the last date for e-voting and receipt of Postal Ballot forms was 25th March, 2018 by 5:00 P.M (IST). Mr. R.Hariprasad Reddy, proprietor of M/s RHR & Associates,Company Secretaries was appointed as Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot process in relation to theaforesaid matter and has submitted scrutinizers report on 27th March, 2018. Based on the scrutinizers report, the result of the Postal Ballot including e-voting has been announced and the aforesaid resolution has been passed with the requisite majority. The copy of announcement of Postal Ballot and Scrutinizers Report are enclosed as Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 respectively. The above is for your information and record.
