We enclose copies of the following:- (a) The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 along with Auditors Report. (b) Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The results will be published in the newspaper pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the aforesaid regulations. This is for your information and records.
