Artech Power & Trading Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 and Limited Review Report on un-audited Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company and any other business with the permission of Chair. Further, we wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the Designated Employees / Connected Persons /Insiders as defined in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Policy of the Company (the Policy) shall remain closed from February 07, 2019 and will end after 48 hours after the results are made public i.e. February 16, 2019.
