Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2011, inter alia, to take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results and Segment- Wise Financial Report for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2010 (Q3). At the above Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company will also take a decision as regards declaration of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2010-11.
