Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit / publish its Audited Accounts / Results for the full year ended December 31, 2010 within the stipulated period of 60 days from the end of the financial year (i.e. on or before March 01, 2011). In view of this, the Unaudited Financial Results and the Limited Review Report in respect of the last quarter ending on December 31, 2010, will not be separately submitted or published within 45 days of December 31, 2010.
