Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2010, and the recommendation of final dividend for the year 2010, if any, would be considered at the Board Meeting proposed to be held on February 18, 2011. Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010.
