With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 27, 2011 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 08, 2011 to take on record the un-audited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 2010, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been postponed to February 09, 2011.
