eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending March 31, 2011 within 60 days from closure of the relevant financial year. The Company will therefore, not publish the un-audited quarterly results for the quarter ending March 31, 2011.
