SKP Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall be submitting Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days of the end of the financial year. Hence, the Company will not be submitting Unaudited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter.
