IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be submitting the Audited Financial Results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011 and for the entire financial year 2010-11, within sixty days from the end of the financial year. The Company shall therefore not be publishing the Unaudited Quarterly Results for the last quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
