Cinemax India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish the Audited Results for the financial year ended as on March 31, 2011 in the prescribed format, within 60 days from the end of the said financial year. As such, the Unaudited results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2011, will not published / submitted to the Stock Exchanges by us within 45 days from the end of the said quarter. Further, the Company will be publishing the audited results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2011, the Limited Review report by the Auditors of the Company for the unaudited Results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2011, is not applicable and hence shall not be submitted to the stock Exchanges by the Company.
