Godrej Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to submit the audited financial results for the entire financial year ended on March 31, 2011 instead of providing unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2011. In view of the above, the Company will provide to the exchange audited results for the year ended March 31, 2011 within sixty days of the end of the financial year March 31, 2011.
