Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company opts to publish audited results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the end of the last quarter ending on March 31, 2011 instead of publishing / submission to the Stock Exchange the unaudited financial results for the last quarter i.e. March 31, 2011 within 45 days from the end of that quarter.
