Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of quarter ended March 31, 2011, the Company has decided to publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2010-11. In view of the above, the Company will not be publishing the Un-audited Results for the above mentioned quarter instead it will publish Audited Results.
