Delta Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be adopting Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within sixty days of end of the financial year of the Company. Hence the Company will not be adopting un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
