Indian Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 23, 2011, inter alia, for approving the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2011 and declaration of dividend for the year 2010-11, if any.
