Kale Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company have passed the Ordinary Resolutions by way of Postal Ballot for appointment of B S R & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of Mr. D. G. Kurundwadkar, Chartered Accountant who resigned as auditor of the Company with requisite majority.
