Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company are proposing to take on record and publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011, instead of taking on record and publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. Further the Company has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Director of the Company will be held on May 27, 2011, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2011.
