With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 25, 2011, regarding Publish Audited Results, Evinix Accessories Ltd has now informed BSE that the Audited Results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2011 will be published within 60 days from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011. Accordingly the Unaudited Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 shall neither be published in the newspaper nor be submitted with the Stock Exchange(s).
