With reference to earlier announcement dated July 12, 2011 regarding Q1 Results on July 25, 2011, Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 25, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, has been postponed and new date of Board Meeting for the same will be intimated separately.
