Srinivasa Hatcheries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company opt to publish Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2012 and the Board Meeting for adoption of the above will be held before May 30, 2012. Hence the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2012 will not be adopted within 45 days from the end of the Quarter.
