Indian Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 11, 2012, inter alia, for approving the Standalone / Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2012 and recommendation of dividend for the year 2011-12, if any.
