Golden Tobacco Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 on or before May 30, 2012 i.e. within 60 days of end of financial year, 2012. Hence the Company shall not take on record and publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2012.
