Sharp Trading & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted out to publish the Audited Financial Results for the entire Financial Year ended on March 31, 2012 within the time stipulated in the said clause and hence, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter Ended March 31, 2012 separately.
