Fenoplast Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2012 before May 30, 2012 i.e. within a period of 60 days of the closing of accounting year. Therefore, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended March 31, 2012 will not be published.
