With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2012, Usha Martin Ltd has now informed BSE that in Note 9 of Audited Consolidated Financial Results wherein under heading "As at 31st March, 2012" and "As at 31st March, 2011" it has been inadvertently mentioned as "(Unaudited)" which should be read as "(Audited)".
