Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall submit the Audited Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2012 within 60 days of the end of the said financial year and we will not submit Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter i.e. for the period January - March, 2012.
