With reference to earlier announcement dated April 19, 2012 regarding adjournment of Board Meeting, Sonata Software Ltd has now informed BSE that the adjourned Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company originally held on April 19, 2012 will now be held on May 24, 2012, inter alia, to consider the audited results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2012 and recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2011-12.
