With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 07, 2012, regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2012, Shalimar Paints Ltd has now informed BSE that due to typographical mistake figure for "Reserves excluding revaluation reserve" for the year ended March 31, 2012 was printed as 5714 instead of 5708.
