Engineers India Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2012: The Un-Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2012 The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1903.364 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs. 1655.677 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 10103.579 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 to Rs. 13173.196 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2012 The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 6363.153 million for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs. 5225.194 million for the year ended March 31, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 29836.507 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 to Rs. 39310.017 ended March 31, 2012. The Consolidated Results are as follows: The Audited consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2012 The Group has posted a Net Profit after taxes, minority interest & share of profit of associates of Rs. 6438.664 million for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs. 5312.891 million for the year ended March 31, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 30078.457 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 to Rs. 39556.762 million for the year ended March 31, 2012.
