Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2012, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) and three months period ended June 30, 2012 of the Financial Year 2012-13, duly reviewed (Limited Review) by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
