Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held from November 01, 2012 to November 02, 2012. However, the accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on November 02, 2012 (morning). The Board of Directors will consider and approve, inter alia, the following items: 1. The audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. 2. Audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
