Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2013, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2013 (Q2) and the same shall be published on or before November 14, 2013.
