Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd has informed BSE that the court Convened meeting of the Equity shareholders of the Company was held on February 19, 2014. At the aforementioned meeting, the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Bell Tower Resorts Pvt Ltd with the Company and their shareholders and creditors was passed by the requisite majority in numbers as well as in value.
