Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2014, to review, finalise and approve the consolidated unaudited financial working results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014. Further the Company has submitted to BSE the copy of internal Circular for closure of Trading Window dated July 31, 2014 under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
