ICICI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, will consider the approval of audited accounts for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of ICICI Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from October 09, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
