D. B. Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter / half year ended on September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of D. B. Corp Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code shall remain closed from October 01, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter / half year ended on September 30, 2014.
