Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2014, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, the Company inform that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Insiders of the Company from October 01, 2014 to November 04, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the impending publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.
