SRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2014, inter alia, for considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the window for trading in the shares of the Company by the Employees & Directors will remain closed between October 01, 2014 to October 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
