Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, trading windows will remain close from October 28, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the approval of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2014.
