Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 07, 2014, for considering and approving the unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the second quarter (of the Current financial year 2014-2015) ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from October 29, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (24 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting) for Directors/ Designated Employees of the Bank. Trading Window will open on November 10, 2014.
