Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on November 10, 2014, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Pursuant to the said announcement, as per the provisions of the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed between November 05, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
