Reliance Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Pursuant to the "Reliance Communications Limited - Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of November 06, 2014 to closure of business hours of November 15, 2014.
