ICICI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider the audited annual accounts and recommendation of dividend on preference and equity shares for the financial year March 31, 2015. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of ICICI Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from April 06, 2014 to April 28, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
